Was just wondering since you can minimise your screen to normal DS Size so it isn't as blurry as full 3DS/2DS/3DSXL size.
Would it also be possible to minimise 3DS Games down to normal 3DS Screen size on a 3DS XL by inputing some button combination?

Not that I know of. I just got used to the bigger screens on the XL

Its not possible to reduce the screen size of the 3DS XL in 3DS games so if pixelation is an issue, use either 3DS/2DS.

However you can make native resolution of DS games by holding the start button as soon as the game launches(I think).

After so long...I'm back. Don't ask why

3DS games on the XL already play in their natural/minimal resolution.

The screen is bigger because the pixels are bigger, not because the screen has more pixels.

For DS games it is hold select not hold start. (Still better off with a DSi XL for them however).

I've had a normal size 3DS before I got my XL.I forgot about the XL having the same amount of pixels.I've already gotten used to the Bigger screen anyway. Was just curious and couldn't find an answer on Google.
