So I started to collect those pokemon a few days ago. I used the "skipping a day" trick to get them really fast! Now I have 151! But if the AR marker stickers are any indication, there must be 164 in total. What should I do to get the last bunch? To make it more clear: I have scanned all the AR markers! I just don't seem to receive any new pokemon anymore!
I have the same problem. It seem that they're some Pokemon that can only be obtained through trading with friends, instead of via spotpass. I know, it sucks...

When I beat it (The first time) I received a the data for all the pokemon, just not their re-colors. Like with the Jellicent theirs a pink and blue version and you'll get one of the colors. But each of their evolutions has a color, so if you get the blue unevolved one you'll get the blue evolved one. And with the deer each has 4 colors and it evolves once, and all the recolors have the same moves, stats, etc. So 16 of them are from 2 pokemon, so you aren't missing out on anything special.
My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.
