I've bought a 3DS and Pokemon X. However, I've found out that I can't download Pokemon Bank because of my location, Turkey. I guess it's because Nintendo has no distributor in Turkey atm. Anyway, can I somehow change my location? I'm thinking of wiping system memory, deleting my user and NNID and starting from scratch; will that work? Will that brick my 3DS/cartridge? I have nothing to lose on my current account (because there isn't anything to download to begin with) except my Pokemon, which I'll trade to a friend and get back afterwards.
