@Sneaker13 I didn't notice it until I found someone who had no NSMBW puzzle pieces but had an other M piece. You have to hit left or right on the slider when you see it (maybe it was L/R)on the top screen). P.S.: does anybody know if you can interact with the demo units? I thought I was at a best buy but maybe one of the employees has one.
Really late replay I know,sorry,but you can. I don't quite get it since they're open,but you can get streetpasses off of demo units. I got a streetpass and the person had been recently playing PilotWings Resort: Demo. I got the streetpass at target.
I hate living out in the middle of nowhere...now I wanna go to random demo stations. I live in Florida and have the Galaxy 2 puzzle, the same goes with my sister.

I travel to work on the train, so I've been getting 2 or 3 StreetPass hits every day since I got my 3DS. This really helps bring along your puzzle collection. So far I've got Other M, Mario & Bowser, SMG2, Zelda (complete), Kirby (complete), Pikmin (complete) and NSMB.
SAME!!!!!!!!! It probably DOES depend on the state you're in!!! Although it could just be a coincidence...
This would make sense, as I believe amost all my hits (the ones from Missouri) had the Legend of Zelda puzzle most complete, but I think it was one of the other puzzles for my lone Illinois hit.

Can you finish a puzzle just using play coins? I started with the Mario Glaxy puzzle and have 8/15 pieces. However, even when I spend more play coins, I haven't been able to get any new pieces. If you need Streetpass to complete the puzzle that's definitely not good. I live in an area where practically noone else has a 3DS and I'm still waiting on that first connection. If that's the case, it will take forever to finish even one puzzle

You can but it gets harder to acquire new pieces the more pieces you already have, because then you're more likely to get a piece you already have.

Is it 7 puzzles in total, James? I have 6 complete, Kirby, Mario & Bowser, NSMB Wii, Metroid, Pikmin and Zelda. Can't seem to find anyone with SMG2.
Funny, because SMG2 is the only one I have completed. XD I've started the Zelda, Mario & Bowser, and Metroid ones, but I haven't gotten very far in them.

Right now I have an almost finished Mario Galaxy 2 puzzle, but today when I got a StreetPass hit, I used that person's puzzle piece and it started a Metroid: Other M puzzle. Can't wait to see one finished!

I finished Puzzles number 3 and 4 today. And i am only missing 19 (5/6/8) more pieces to finsh the last 3. Metroid and Zelda are looking great. Galaxy 2 is good. Mario and Bowser is kinda boring. Cant wait to check out the Pikmin one. NSMB and Kirby look allright so far.
I got all puzzles started now. 3 complete. (metroid, link and pikmin) I hope new puzzles are included in the may update, cuz I'm gonna be finished in a week or 2-3.
