Topic: Problems with Netflix

Sometimes netflix freezes on me while i'm on it, and the home button doesn't work. Also when I was on netflix and I pressed home to look at my friend messages. I wanted to type something and when I pressed a letter, BOOM, both screens went black with the music still running. They both had to go through force power down (hold down power button). Is Nintendo aware of this, and are they going to patch this and spotpass soon?

Yeah these things are known to happen while using netflix.
It froze up my Wii a couple times. I did have something strange happen while watching a movie on my 3DS.
I tried to watch the New Guy and there was no sound but the movie was playing just fine. Could have just been a problem with the movie itself but it was odd. I might see if the sound works when I watch it using netflix on Wii.

Mine is not working either. Loads the menu, most of the time, and then once I select a movie watch it says the name of the movie and "retrieving." Then that's it. Just sits there forever and never loads. Help?

WHenever i ry to go on Netflix is says it can't connect to Netflix but my internet is working fine. Help?

I'm having trouble as well, I can't connect to Netflix for some reason. Anyone know why.

I've only had issues with slow loading whenever my family is using most of the bandwidth.

As for freezing, its not just Netflix, its the entire 3DS. I would push home and open the browser and it would freeze. This can be fixed with the next firmware update.

Have you tried registering your code on netflix?

I wanted to try Netflix today and experienced that multiple times and never had any success in starting a video.
Did anyone have this problem and fixed it?
