I'm sure everyone knows that hackers have discovered two unused moves (Thousand waves & Thousand arrows), which definitely relate to Zydgarde. But if we take a look at Zydgarde:
Many see him as the 'trio master' of the Mortality trio, but he has a Lower BST than Xerneas and Yveltal. His Pokédex entries tell of how he can control the ecosystem, and that he will protect the earth when is succumbs to disaster, yet he has a trash BST for a legendary who is meant to be powerful, and he has a trash signature move, basically earthquake but less powerful. It is my belief that when the earth comes under threat, Zydgarde will revert to a primal or mega form, which many believe to be featured in the advertisement for the XY 2016 movie, alongside a small hexagonal pokemon believed to be related to him. I also believe his ability would do something like make the battle an inverse battle, so instead of dragon and ground being resisted by Xerneas and Yveltal; respectively, he would do 2x damage using his STABs.
