Do you think we will see a new game at E3? Do you think it will be a third version (ex. Yellow, Crystal) to go with X & Y or a sequel (ex. Black 2 & White 2)? Or do you think we'll move on to Generation VII? Sound off below!

No, I don't think we'll see anything Pokemon related at E3. Super Mystery Dungeon is all we're going to get. They haven't shown signs of wanting to move on to a new game yet, they're still focusing on existing stuff for marketing and they haven't started promoting Zygarde, Volcanion, Eternal Flower Floette, or any new Pokemon or Mega Evolutions, they're still focusing on ORAS stuff right now. Plus considering Game Freak's development patterns, we're about due for a break year. As for Pokken, it's probably not going to be shown off until next year, arcade ports usually aren't.

Why not Pokemon X2/Y2 or Pokemon Z?

I just said why not. The marketing isn't showing any signs of moving on. We'll probably get them next year, but this year seems to be a break year.
I don't think mystery dungeon is any indication for a game to not be released or made around the same time. The core series and spin offs are made by seperate companies (one gamefreak, the other, whatever). It's almost like saying just because we only recently got rumble world, we shouldn't have gotten a spinoff for awhile, which swiftly got followed by SMD. Not to mention, pokemon has nothing to really show off at E3, there isn't much more we need to know about super mystery dungeon that we don't already.. it wouldn't be worth a presentation. Either pokemon has nothing at E3 this year, or has a small teaser for "Z" just to let everybody know it exist and possibly give a name reveal. Otherwise I don't expect any 2015 release dates given for the game.. but it is overdue for some kind of reveal to know what they're doing.

Except Rumble World and Mystery Dungeon are coming out months apart. Whereas Mystery Dungeon is squarely within the main games' typical release window. If they had Mystery Dungeon and a main game release that close together, they would probably cannibalize each other.
Gamefreak probably saw the huge Yokai Watch spike and its motivating them to do more. Isn't Yokai Watch like one of the prettiest 3DS games or something, too? Maybe this is pushing Gamefreak to actually do something big and good like... Bring back Battle Frontier.
I own a Wii U and 3DS. I also own a PS4!

I think they'll push Super Mystery Dungeon as the holiday season Pokemon game this year and maybe put out X2/Y2 or Z next year to cap off the generation. Gen VII won't happen until the 3DS successor. With Yokai Watch making a gazillion dollars now and competing for mindshare with Japanese kids, GameFreak is going to have to do something special, and I think the best time to do that is with a new generation on a new piece of hardware. That would capture the most attention.
As for consoles, I think we'll get a port of Pokken Fighters on Wii U and that's it for this generation.

They don't really have to promote the on-disc DLC to go to the next game within a generation. The pokes you mentioned could easily be released later, after.
Also, just as a side note. If Pokemon Z does happen, I think we can unequivocally label Game Freak as the EA of Nintendo, and Pokemon as their FIFA
