I hope with the 3DS and an improved Mii Maker, that Nintendo updates the Wii version to make it uniform with the 3DS version. And adds the ability to trade them back and forth, instead of one way (Wii to 3DS).

Hey guys, what can you do with these Mii's once you've scanned them in? The only thing I see is you can view them in Mii Maker. Is that it?

What are these Mii QR codes? I've been seeing these fourms but don't know what they are.

Your Mii is converted into a QR image, and when you take a picture of it on the 3DS, it becomes that Mii.

But to be honest it is basically a useless feature. They aren't used for anything at the moment. None of the launch games I have show them and they aren't linked by friend code.

Nintendogs and Pilotwings make extensive use of them.
And the personal nature of the 3DS may encourage more devs to use them in their future games too.
