I'm fairly certain that isn't a Mii QR code since it has 8-Bit Mario in it Is that a code readable by 3DS at all?
Sorry for the very late reply, I knew the answer three days ago but didn't read the question, and you've probably figured it out by now, that when you scan it it IS readable and it says "That QR Code does not contain a Mii"
YES!!! I finally got my NL avatar to be my Mii's QR code....and I got it to actually work!! Want my Mii? Check the avatar!
I tried scanning your avatar, and although it did take a couple of seconds for the 3DS to recognize it because it's not as clear when it's little like that, it worked!
