I'm just pointing out, its not definite, but I don't think they would have made it so clear if it didn't mean something.

Retro_on_theGo	186. Posted: Sat 12th Jan 2013 21:41 GMT I'd prefer for pure starters but ANYTHING OTHER THAN FIGHTING for Fennekin if it has to absolutely have a second type is fine by me. Psychic would be really cool and unique. I would like Chespin and Froakie to just stay grass and water though.

You might be thinking of Synchronoise which is a Psychic move that does damage to anyone whose the same type as the user. Yeah, I can't see Fennekin becoming a typical Fire/Fighting. Game Freak will never introduce a new type again. Dark and Steel were only added to balance the meta game against psychics, and as of right now there is no super dominate type. It would be cool and a massive evolution to the serious though.

Especially sound, which could be easily incorporated, because, like it says, there are already a lot of sound related moves/pokemon. Light type, though, sounds kind of redundant; psychic really fills the role of light already. Sound has no analog. And anyway, these pokemon might just be based on sound and light, similar to how we have some pokemon based on time, but no "time" type. Edited on Sat 12th January, 2013 @ 22:35 by Gioku
