Topic: Pokemon sapphire random question*

Hey everyone! I am sure this is on a forum some place already so sorry for the possible repeat!
I just started Pokemon Sapphire and I think I might have missed something or maybe I am not far enough in the game yet. In Pokemon X, Y they had an experience points share TM/HM but I have not come across one in this game. has anyone found it yet or do they not offer it in this game.

The EXP. Share is a key items you'll eventually get. I can't remember at around what badge.. but I know atleast before even your 3rd badge you get eventually get it handed to you.
