Topic: Pls recommend local multi-player dungeon crawler game

I'm looking for a simultaneous, multiplayer (local) dungeon crawler game where I can have >= 2 players with 3DSs cooperating in the game.

Primitive examples of the type of game I'm looking for: Gauntlet and Golden Axe arcades where up to 4 and 2 people can play at once, helping each other.

Any modern types like this? Maybe something like Zelda where you get Link and a companion ?

Senran Kagura games are kinda beat' em up/ hack and slash and allow local and online multiplayer. They aren't dungeon crawler games but I can't really think of any others that are similar to those on 3DS....

River City: Tokyo Rumble is more like the games you described but unfortunately it doesn't have local play (it does for some mini games but not for story progress). It seems that Knights of Justice, which is a game of the same series also lacks multiplayer.

Hey, check Heroes of Ruin, maybe that will do. I have no experience with it though.

@player2 Golden Ax are not dungeon crawlers, they are considered Beat em ups or brawlers.

A dungeon crawler would be like Diablo for example.
