Topic: Pikachu 3DS XL Error ;c

When I tried to register my Pikachu 3DS Xl on Club Nintendo, I didn't get the 160 coin survey, because the survey was "invalid or expired" .. ..

Anyone else have this issue?

I have a dumb question, was it a used 3DS? Because if it was, someone could have already registered it.

Wait! Use the Serial number on the back of the system! That should work!

there should be a pin insert in the box that says club nintendo on it. That's the one you use to get the survey, not the serial number for the system.

@Mumof2kids82 I've used the Serial as a last resort when Club Ninty glitched and messed up my code. It took it, then told me I needed the pin or serial code again. That was on my DSi.

well the only other thing to do would be to call nintendo customer service and talk to them. maybe they will be able to sort it out

This happened to me when I bought a brand new blue 3DS XL, I called Nintendo and they said that when stores order systems to sell they are supposed to register each system and that the store I got mine from probably did not register my system properly- (typed it in wrong, scanned it wrong etc.) so as a result it would not show up as a valid code when I tried to enter it. The Nintendo customer service people were very nice and registered it from their end so I would get the coins and the extended warranty.

No, it's a brand new Pikachu XL.
I tried the Pin & the Serial, and they both said I had already registered the system, but I never got the survey...

I emailed Nintendo, so I should get a response soon. Just hoping that I get it because those 160 coins are gonna come in handy.
