I'm new here and I'm not sure if Nintendo has any official forums but I was wondering if we could make a suggestion to them or maybe start a petition to bring back PictoChat on the 3DS. I don't know about the rest of you but PictoChat was the best thing during conventions and expos. If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this happen that would be awesome, thanks guys.
Yeah, I really liked Pictochat. Swapnote is cool, but would be even cooler if you could use the streetpass features of swapnote to share your notes with everyone.

Yeah Swapnote is just not the same, only being able to share notes with friends. PictoChat was an awesome chat room with totally random people most of the time.

I tried to at a convention I went to recently but it wasn't sharing with people that were not registered on my friends list.

Yup. That is why in a future update for swapnote they need to make the streetpass features of swapnote better and let mutiple 3DS's share notes.
