Nicely done, but about as reliable as an unqualified Wiki.
The 3DS is not capable of Wii quality graphics, especially not if the 3D itself is on.
It may be a blog. But all the info is there. It links to a lot of sources, so all you have to do is read if you're uncertain of things.
You can keep saying that it's not as powerful as the Wii, but it does not make it true. Just read through either the blog or the sources in the blog and you'll have a good understanding of the systems capabilities.
It's not as powerful as the Wii. Even if that blog is wholy accurate, it's comparable to the Wii in some areas only.
I'm not saying the PSP is necessarily more powerful than the 3DS, but there are things that for whatever reason the 3DS is not capable of, that the PSP or Wii is.
I'll believe otherwise when I see Dynasty Warriors 7 on the 3DS.
Though that didn't look very graphically impressive to me? I don't really doubt the 3DS can handle that. Maybe with the 3D effect it would be hard to keep the FPS going steady, but if they develop it without the 3D it could probably be the same but might even look nicer cause of the shader support.
But it's always hard to tell. We'll see. Though IMO Resident Evil Revelations is way above anything I've seen on PSP.
Looking forward to: No More Heroes: Travis Strikes Again

So your argument is that since there's not a comparable game, in one category of your choosing, while the 3DS is in its infancy and PSP is a generation in, you can make sweeping generalizations about the capabilities of Wii over 3DS?

There's more people on screen than there was in Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, and the frame rate is smoother. There's also four player online, and the game is a port of the Dynasty Warriors 7 content on PS3, some 100 hours worth of gameplay, compared to 20 for Chronicles.
There are some very good looking games on the 3DS, sure, but the assumption that the 3DS is immediately capable of what a Wii or PSP can handle is not guaranteed, is all I'm saying

There is a comparable game. Samurai Warriors. The PSP Warriors games are all able to handle much more than what you see in the Samurai Warriors: Chronicles.
On top of that, Samurai Warriors on the 3DS uses the same assets as the Samurai Warriors 3 game on the Wii, but with fewer characters on screen.
I would love it if this game came to the 3DS, there is no game on a non-nintendo console that isn't in the Tales series that I would want to play more than this, it looks amazing! Also, the music in the Dynasty wariors 7 trailer that Waltzelf showed remeinded me of the Tales of the Abyss remix of Eternal mind from Tales of Eternia so I'll listen to that awesome song now.
While the 3DS is certainly more powerful than the PSP (compare Birth by Sleep to the Dream Drop Distance trailer for example), the Vita is just a better handheld for a Persona 4 port or remake. Vita is probably nearly as powerful as a PS3; while the 3DS is probably as powerful as a Dreamcast, PS2, or Gamecube. That is a huge difference.
This is probably the first of many I want such and such game remade or ported on the 3DS instead of the Vita threads. Look, the 3DS will have exclusives and the Vita will have the exclusives. Persona 4 will probably be gimped (or have not any new content like the Vita version), and I rather see an enhanced of Persona 4 than a gimped port.
If you want to play Persona 4, just buy a Playstation 2 or Vita. Not every game is going to come to a Nintendo console or handheld. Besides, we got Overclocked. So, be happy.

I think the 3DS maybe even more powerful than a PS2. (Not sure though.) Compare Metal Gear Solid 3D to the one on the PS2. 3DS version looks better and and the system renders the graphics twice because of the 3D. (Also keep in mind the graphics can be improved by the time the game releases next year.)
