@Legend_MarioID Yeah, all six games are fun and worth it. I do wish they included a Dig Dug remake, since that was my favorite Namco game as a kid. The package could use some more meat into it, but to play all these high quality games on the go, It's definitely worth it.

I would have much rather preferred a Dig Dug remake and original arcade game then Galaga or Pac-man! I love Dig Dug so much and would really love to see a 3D remake on the eShop or something since we didn't get it in this game.
I want it. Very badly. I'm a huge fan of Pac-Man, so it's going to be the first game I buy, once I get my 3DS!
I have a theory about Pac-Man DX's absence. I think it's because Galaga Legions DX wasn't out yet.
Is that right? Makes a lot of sense. Maybe we'll get eShop versions down the road.
I think the "Namco Generations" games will be on the Wii U's shop rather than on the eShop (especially since Galaga Legions DX uses dual-analogs)
Some DS games used the stylus as the second analog stick and the d-pad as the first one. A similar system could be used on the 3DS using the circle pad and the stylus.
Moco Loco If you find yourself spiritually drifting (as I was for far too many years), remember that Jesus can and will walk across the water to reach you and bring you back to shore.

Indeed. Well, as long as I see on the shop I'll be fine.
Yeah, nice avatar, too. I love Pac-Man, (it was my first game ever) but I pretty much never get to play a Pac-Man arcade machine, however, which is the best way to experience the game.

Do you have Pac-Man Championship Edition DX?
I have the Original CE, which is the same thing, without the skins and extra mazes. it's really fun, and adds a new element to Pac-man Gameplay. Not on Par with Pac-Man Vs. but does hold it's own.
I've played Pac-Man in the arcades, and if you find it in an arcade, give it a shot. For the best experience in my opinion, is playing it on a PC. I find the using the PC Keyboard, to be more precise, because you need to be quick when playing Pac-Man. You can buy it on PC from Namco themselves, for a low price. For example, It cost less than £2.50 over here. But since your American (well...according to your profile), you can get it for less than $4.
Let's see if the 3DS version can match it
Currently Playing: Kirby: Mass Attack (Can I just leave them there to dance and air-hump?)

Actually, CE DX introduced some neat new gameplay mechanics, most notably the "eat through ghost chain" thing. I'd have to say that they are quite different.
As for the arcade Pac-Man, I actually have played it. When I said "pretty much never", I meant "extremely rarely". Sorry for being misleading. I hate to say it, but I am not good at the original Pac-Man. But you know the Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga machines? The only retro machines you'll actually see in most arcades? If you move the joystick in certain directions, you can unlock the original Pac-Man. And if you also move it in different directions, you'll unlock Speedy Pac-Man (and Speedy Ms. Pac-Man, for that matter). I kick ass at that, seriously. It's a lot more fun than the original because you need to be quick and find a good pattern that works. I can give you the codes, if you want.
I own a Mac, so I've taken the time to buy Pac-Man from the Mac App Store. I play it often.
I got this game for my birthday and I have to say, the reviews were a bit overly harsh on it. $40 might be just a smidge too much to ask but its still a really enjoyable game. Galaga legions and Pac-Man Championship Edition are really great. I don't buy Xbox games so this would be my first experience with either game and they are really fun and stylish. Plus the 3D on them while subtle, is quite nice and adds to their flair. Then there is Pac-Man Tilt, one of the new games just for this edition. I truly have no clue why reviewers were so incredibly hard on this game in particular. This is by far my favorite game here! Its very enjoyable and has great lasting appeal with the medals, dots, fruits, and ghosts. Yes, the controls could be just a bit tighter but it really is a great game and I can't figure out why it got so much flack. Galaga 3D Impact, the other new game is also pretty cool. Its controls are very tight and it looks great. Its only short-coming is its length which is quite unfortunate. Then there are the arcade originals which while I personally don't care for at all, I can respect them for what they are. They've also got a pretty neat 3D effect that makes them look EXACTLY like they are on a monitor embedded in an old school cabinet. Overall its a really great package and I'm so glad I ignored the many negative reviews out there!
