Maybe a stupid question but, I ask it anyway: If you defeat Ganondorf, how does Master Quest come up? Do you need to overwrite a save file or just start a new one?

You need to go through the credits. At the end it will unlock Master Quest.

I've got something that I need help with. I'm in the Spirit Temple (or is it the Shadow Temple??) Anyway, I'm very near to the end but I can't figure out what to do! I entered a room with two walls of spikes closing in on me. I can see the chest containing the boss key on the other side of the spikes but I can't figure out how to get to it! Please help!

Um I am stuck again, I got the boss key already but I used it on another door >.< so how can I get a key for the real boss room? Please helpme this is so frustrating !

Your missing a key. Look on your map for any chests you haven't opened.

Go to Kakariko Village, (to the right of Town, on the map) and show the guard blocking the gate up in the village Zelda's note. You'll be at Death Mountain Trial.

@JadeGirl First just check to make sure that you did in fact pick up the boss key. The chest is decorated different from the others and the door to the boss will also look different from the others.(I'm going off of the original, I haven't actually played the 3DS one)
