Topic: Nintendo video - help

Good day.
I have problem with Nintendo Video app. It stopped working about 5 weeks.
Videos are downloaded (there is the blue bar), but after complete and after message "videos are updating)
it shows me nothing. As if videos weren't downloaded.

I tried to delete app, extra data, use another proxy, another country... nothings helped
