I am sending my Nintendo 3DS to the Nintendo Service Centre UK tomorrow to be repaired.
I have encountered a problem with the lower screen raised border permanently scratching the upper 3D screen plastic cover. It has scratched it in such a way that the scratches are visible when the Nintendo 3DS is on in both 2D and 3D mode. I also have an issue with loose hinges making the upper half of the Nintendo 3DS wobble slightly when locked into position.
What I would like to know is if any of you from the UK have had to send your Nintendo 3DS into the Nintendo Service Centre to be repaired and if so what kind of experience have you had.
