Topic: Nintendo Sept 13 meeting; What could they announce?

I sincerely hope it is something unforeseen by anyone, something that catches everyone off guard and provides reason for celebration. But I doubt it.

No, I'm not joking. We haven't heard any news about it @ E3 2011.

Facing Reality I think it's just going to be an announcement about Wii Sports 3 &/or NA Xenoblade Localazation.

A really cool downloadable title for 3DS available the second they announce it, a Youtube app, 3D video recorder, Kid Icarus release date, an update to Mii Plaza, etc etc...

You realize that Banjo is owned completely by Rare, correct? And that Rare is owned completely by Microsoft? Therefore this is nearly, if not completely, impossible.

I trust that the Big N's big bosses have something up their collective sleeve. Now to just wait and see.

I am fully aware. However, I saw an article here not too long ago about the potential for Banjo Theerie on the 3DS, so one can hope. Besides, I'm pretty sure that from my perspective at least, that Nintendo's stock would rise after it's announcement and solidify another 200,000 3DS sales and end world hunger........ hopefully

If this was it then I would be extremely disappointed as Europe/Australia are already going to be getting these games.
I'm sure it's more likely to be something targeting all Nintendo consumers, not just those in North America.
No idea what it will be though, too many possibilities!
Something fresh, unexpected and amazing would be much appreciated.

Unless they get the old Banjo team and make a classic sequel to Banjo Tooie, I'm not interested.

What's quite likely is that they'll announce the date that those GBA games will be made available to Ambassadors.

I wouldn't mind a Wii Sports 3. But this conference is focusing on the 3DS, not the Wii or Wii U.

I'm thinking it might be a new app for the 3DS. I mean, something like Nintendo Video is, an app like that.

Monster Hunter for the 3DS, and an update for 3DS as well that would be so awesome...

An update that allows DSiWare to launch directly from an SD card.

However, there is one thing I'm 100% sure they won't announce. That would be Xenoblade/Pandora/Last Story localization for north america, it's a Japanese conference, we won't see any word of those 3.

if it's not 3DS related only, then maybe Dragon Quest X? That's bigger than anything in Japan

Frankly, Nintendo will not be able to get me to buy any other game besides Mario & Luigi RPG4 before other games, unless they come up with some crazy-awesome new IP. Mario & Luigi RPG 4 would steal the show for me.
