Confirmed Apps: -Activity Log -Mii Plaza -3DS Sound -3DS Browser -3DS Camera -StreetPass Viewer -Pictochat Unknown Apps found in Sept. 29th vid in the begining when they show the menu: -Weird red thing with a sneaker on it,No clue what this app could be? -What seems to be a pencil right next to pictochat on the top,Flipnote Studio 3D? -Some antenna app right below nintendogs,Im guessing settings or some wi-fi lobby type app?
The 3DS has the same amount of RAM as the PSP and it's browser blows. Aside from it being hopefully Opera, I don't think it'll be much better than the one the DSi has now. Especially since it's probably going to have the same slow wifi connection.

Don't worry, we already know from your multiple anti-3DS posts that you hate the device with a fiery passion and are being judgmental about it before its release.
Also, the 3DS's RAM size has not been revealed yet. It's always fun to read rumours, am I right?
Just FYI the DS's "slow wifi connection" is only as slow as the internet connection you have subscribed to through your ISP. Not many consumer internet connections go above the 54Mbps available through 802.11g wireless.
Also, I fully expect the 3DS to support 802.11n wireless, which is faster than an ethernet (wired) connection. If it doesn't support wireless-n, I will be extremely disappointed in Nintendo. But it should, because it's the new standard and is now widely available.
@Hardy83, I don't know what you mean by slow WiFi! If your connecting to a WiFi connection and its slow its not the DSi's fault its the internet!
I'm hoping you will be able to watch youtube videos and other videos from other sites unlike the DSi could never do this. Just like Wii you can watch youtube so maybe Nintendo will do this for us begging fans! They better because we are paying for a costly device!

@JadeGirl. I think the browser for the 3DS will play videos like Youtube because they've already said that the 3DS shop will have videos & of course they've been talking about the 3DS playing 3D movies. So, I'd doubt they'd leave video playback on the internet out, because the system is going to be capable of playing video.
As for the DSi's browser. Its not great, but I like it. My connection is pretty fast (usually), so I haven't had any troubles with the browser. Sure it doesn't play video, but its good for looking up info quickly (like taking a quick look at this site).
I'm sure the 3DS browser will be better.
As for my guesses about the other apps mentioned in the first post, perhaps the red thing with a sneaker is the app that shows you how many steps you've taken with the 3DS. I would guess that the pencil thing would be Flipnote 3DS or maybe its a Notepad app. Antenna app is probably Wifi settings. Although it would be cool if it was a radio app or something...
We also know that the system is going to come with a Altered reality app too. Hmm. Not sure if thats the name, but its the app that lets you look at the cards that come with the system and changes the cards (via the camera) into little 3D mini-games.
And, of course, there will be the Shop app too. Shopping on the 3DS sounds better then the Wii and DSi. Sounds like it'll be a combination of the Wii Shop Channel & the Nintendo Channel.

One thing I am incredibly satisfied with when it comes to browsing the internet is that it can be done while a game is running as demonstrated in that Japanese September Demo.
