I used the cross-eyed 3D function, and the amount of depth was stunning. (IT'S BEST VIEWED IN FULL-SCREEN.)

Well, it's the closest effect to the 3D I could find. I can only do it twice because it puts a great deal of strain on the eyes.

I finally got it.

That is pretty cool, actually. Even though I feel like my eyes just ran a marathon.

And it looks really nice. I'm guessing it looks even better in real life, instead of staring at your computer screen cross eyed. lol

Reminds me of the gameboy and people going cross-eyed because the screen was so tiny lol

Yeah, cross-eyed 3D makes my eyes tear up but it was well worth it. At least the effect will have less strain with that depth slider added in the mix! The effects overall, especially for Resident Evil and Nintendogs+cats blew me away. I could see the depth perfectly.

Yeah those and the first Kid Icarus and Ocarina shots.

I just hope nobody walks in while I'm looking at this. lol

Pretty neat in theory, but I couldnt get it I got the pictures on the testing website, but I couldnt get these, drats! foiled again

That actually worked! My eyes are a little strained but I got a good idea of how the effect would work. It really is something you have to see for yourself rather than explain. Go Nintendo!

I can also see why 3-D is not good for young kids unless we want to see a whole generation of cross eyed kids everywhere.

This has effectively made Sony's 3-D glasses technology obsolete. Now bring on those glassesless 3-D HDTVs!

Now I know I will be getting a 3DS. I better start saving now.

Haha, remember, if you must know, yes when you shake the 3DS, they jiggle.

It's rather easy.

When you look at the double image, you cross your eyes to make 4 imaginary images appear.

You slowly bring in the second and third images until they are a complete image and hold it there for the 3D effect.

that hurt my eyes, but i can certainly see the potential. would definitely want that Star Fox game, ho-ly crap :3

Okay, I've watched this three, four, maybe five times.
I couldn't wait for the 3DS to be released, but one of the things that was bugging me was the fact that I didn't know what it looked like...NOW I know, and now the wait's going to be even harder... But it'll be worth it!

Whenever the effect starts taking place, like when the middle pictures start going into eachother, my eyes just go back to normal right when the actual 3-D starts to happen. It never works for me!

Wow, that really worked! The depth of the mario kart track was fantastic! Feeling very cross eyed now though! :-/
