like the original ds and ds light they had multiple acsesories such as the rumble pack, guitar hero instruments, cases, action replay and Ect.

What do you think would be some useful gadgets that would make the 3Ds more desirable.

The only one I would want would be a stereoscopic picture viewer... a stereoscope for viewing 3DS photos after they've been printed out.

I expect the standard protective cases and custom stylus selections, as well as game carrying cases, the same stuff we got for the DS.

Yeah, there's no need for tilt sensors or whatever because the 3DS is pretty decked out already. There never was much use for rumble paks in handheld devices (it wastes battery life and vibrates the screen o_O) so I agree with Peznaze, pretty much just the same stuff that you see for the DS.

A stereoscope for printed 3D pictures would be pretty cool.

Magi

A Nerf case.

what about about transfer cord so you can connect the ds to the computer or even better another ds to transfer music and apss.

The DSi and 3DS have an SD card slot for transferring music and apps. Though a USB cord for charging and possibly for using the 3DS as a 3D webcam (which the 3DS can't do on its own - dual cameras are facing the wrong way. ) would be interesting, Nintendo won't open that door for hackers.

Um, the 3DS is a Kinect-like device. It comes with various "Augmented Reality" games, which are, generally speaking, the same stuff as Kinect is made of. It just identifies special cards instead of the human form. In future, who can say, perhaps 3DS will prove better than Kinect as this kind of thing.

A wifi cartridge would be cool, u can just plug it in and you get full fast internet.

Like the DSi, the 3DS has built-in WiFi. No cart necessary. There's even a hard switch for wireless on the side of the 3DS, which seems like it'll cause problems to me, but it's there nonetheless.

@Peznaze Yeah, I would have preferred an option in the software like the DSi has, rather than a switch. Imagine you're in the middle of an awesome game with someone and - click - you accidentally turn off your wi-fi connection.

3DS Printer. The GB Printer was an awesome, if not underused, accessory.

I'm pretty sure I think I'm funnier than I really am.

what exactly is that?

The Game Boy Camera and the Game Boy Printer were a killer combination.

I hope they make the 3DS' camera app more full-featured than DSi's (although DSi Camera was pretty awesome). Somehow I had more fun with the GB Camera than the DSi Camera.

Finger Print Software. No one can get in and mess with your settings without your fingerprint.

A USB cord would be great. You can get 3rd party USB charging cords already, but really I don't see what you could do with a USB cord that you couldn't do with an SD card as far as hackers are concerned. It would be very convenient for pictures/sound, especially if it has enough built in memory to actually put that stuff on the hard drive.

I am way too lazy to think of something clever.
