I just bough a Nintendo 2DS and I have tried to connect to Wifi but failed. In order to connect to my Wifi network, I need to enter both a username and a password. I don't know how to do that in 2DS. That's one of my problems.
Secondly, after I failed to connect to my regular Wifi, I tried to connect to my smartphones internet by using mobile hotspot. But I couldn't connect this one either. I guess, the password causes the problem even though I checked it a million times and it is true. Then I removed the password and I was able to connect which is an unsafe collection and I have limited mobile data.
