Rayman Origins has no lives, so its pretty much the easiest game out there, huh? Ok. The first part was merely good fun. Donkey Kong Country Returns and Rayman Origins were some of the best games of their years, with spankin' hot difficulty and great level design. The second part is basically my personal skill with Mario these days. (lol) I guess the real reason is that the New Super Mario Bros. games catered to those new to games, not to those who knows how to hold down the B button to finish a 2D Mario game. Difficulty was toned down, and they basically felt like running through playgrounds as a thirteen-year old (NSMB) instead of a full-out obstacle course (Super Mario Bros., more or less).

(not as much, but yeah, it had some hard parts) [/div] If I recall correctly (I never touched NSMBW after I plowed through the game, so I'm not sure), the only reaaaally challenging levels that can even come close to DKCR and Origins was at World 9. I just hope that NSMB2 has eight more worlds to go through like Super Mario 3D Land, minus the rehashing of level design. Now if you'll excuse me, I shall be playing Heroes of Ruin again.
