My D-Pad is a bit loose, because of that my New Nintendo 3DS XL is ratting when I flip / shake it.
Is this normal? I've a video of the problem.

My does it a little but not as badly as yours.
To be honest the new nintendo 3ds xl doesn't seem to be the highest quality version of the 3DS build-wise.
I've seen ones with L and R buttons that rattle, my friend had one with a weird speaker at some point.
Even mine has its own issues, most of the new XL model seen to have something strange about them :/
