I'm only worried about the slow footage, maybe its just the alpha demo. Or they did it on purpose. because it looks like 20 fps or something that it runs at atm. I rather have a solid 60 fps.

I'm sure that the game will run at a faster pace once we see it in real life. Then again, all the cool features will make us forget about any negative sides.

The reason it looks like it's 30 FPS is because the video itself is 30 FPS. Look at how low the framerate of her hand and the stylus are, and they aren't being rendered by the 3DS. I'm pretty certain the system runs at least at 120 Hz total - 60 Hz (60 FPS) for each eye. (Which is basically as smooth as the eye can perceive.) There are some sites which confirm that but none which are reliable enough sources so don't quote me on that.
