It is a ingenious concept!

The PSP has digital comics. The 3DS can go a step farther...3D digital comics! Read your favorite super hero comic in 3D! The lower screen scan be used to navigate the cells and the stylus can be used to activate the cells to the upper screen in 3D!

Vegeta: Just...just...transform damn you...
Bulma: We are going to have a penthouse sweet...and he'll drive a corvet...and we will make love every single...
Zarbon: (transforms)
Bulma: KILL IT WITH FIRE!

I don't think the comic makers would make 3D comics just for the 3DS. Maybe some smaller companies will make a few 3D comics but I personally wouldn't get them unless they're free and what small company puts their stuff up for free...

Probably getting a Vita with LBP soon...
