Hey there peeps. I just wanted to know if its only my new 3ds xl doing this but my sound seems quite low. If I move the slider halfway between or a bit further up I can just about listen to it. I have to move the slider all the way at the top to get maximum volume and then I can hear it but its still not as loud as I liked it to be.
Anybody aware of this and was wondering in general are all new 3ds xl like this?
Mine is exactly like that, but you can actually heaer it when it's not halfway, it's just hard. Try putting it up to your ear.
I'm a Danish gamer, but I mostly play on Nintendo hardware. I love gaming local co-op, and playing Mario Kart with my cousin (she's owning me btw!)
My favourite game franchises are Super Smash Bros. & Sly Cooper.
I feel that anything below half isn't good but if you max it out it's pretty loud so I had to be in between half and max while on the old XL I usually have it on max.
I have an Ambassador New 3DS (not XL) and also noticed the volume to be considerably lower than my old 3DS. There's very little difference in sound from 0-50%.
I haven't noticed any difference really. One thing that I do ocassionally notice is a different max volume in different games. That's annoying, they should've standardised that ages ago.
Interesting because I've noticed the system to noticibly louder then my old XL. I can hear it above the break room din now.
Me too. My new 3DS XL is considerably louder than my old models. That was one of my complaints, which I'm glad they fixed.
