Not too much has changed since the last gen 3ds but there have definitely been some new features. If you need help or found a useful tip post it here!

You can do wireless file transfer without screwing back of 3ds off or even removing an SD Card. How?

1. Go to system Settings
2. Go to "Data managment" next to "other settings".
3.Select "microSD Management".
4. Follow instructions and your all set to transfer files without removing your sd card through your computer. Hope it helped!

Great idea!

You can turn off the Super Stable 3D in the settings app. You don't want to do that, but if you want to remind yourself or find out how bad it used to be you can.

When taking off the back cover, note that the stylus is designed to help you pry it off.

You may want to turn the auto-brightness off. I personally found it too erratic and often making the screen too dim. I prefer controlling the brightness manually.

You can now watch 3D YouTube videos with the browser! Searching "3D SBS" then perhaps adding things like "trailer", "gameplay" or "gopro" is a good way to find some, if you know more search tips please add!

If you close the lid whilst your 3DS is powered on, it will go into standby mode. When you open the lid again, you can carry on exactly where you left off! It's a great tip for on-the-go gaming!

You do realize necroposting is frowned on around here. Start a new thread.
