Anyone else have problems with their circle pad getting stuck, not physically, but in game and the character moves without you actually using the circle pad?

try re calibrating the circle pad. To do that, go to settings<circle Pad.

Yeah, if possible, returning to the store will be your best bet since this doesn't sound common (mine has been fine). If not, I would contact Nintendo and get it sent out to them to fix the issue. Good luck!

Depending on the store, you may have a problem transferring to the replacement 3DS. Last year we picked up the Mario & Luigi SE 3DS XL but after about a week, it developed really bad dead pixel problems (let's just say that it was really bad for being a brand new system). Target would not allow us to do a system transfer so I had to call Nintendo customer service. They pulled my Nintendo account but they didn't get around to moving it to the replacement 3DS for another two weeks!
