Topic: New 3DS

Sorry the recommendation thread is not active.

So i want the new nintendo DS but NA only has XL version. I noticed amazon has the white one but its a japan import.

Is there a difference if I buy that one instead of getting the NA version?

Do I still get to do everything like normal?

@Nez If you buy the import one then you won't be able to play any of your games on it due to region lock. So unfortunately the choice is between the XL and nothing.

It is blocked by the latest update so no eshop or online (Because patches cannot be downloaded for either region the correct one due to not being on the latest firmware and the import region due to not being able to use the import eshop).

Wow well if this works I will buy ASAP..
