Topic: Need Help with NSMB2 Profile Stars

I've beaten every level in every world (including all the rainbow courses and cannons) , collected every star coin and moon coin, and unlocked every alternate exit, and have 1110 lives (triple crown). Why do I have 4 shiny profile stars and not 5?
I've even done every Mushroom house (red, green, and white) and have double checked that I have every alternate exit.
The only thing I haven't done is reach the 1,000,000 coin mark.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hmm... Have you played every Rainbow level?

This is what people say:
-beat the game
-get every star coin
-get every moon coin
-use every exit normal/seceret/unlock all star coin ones
-get 1 million coins
-get 1110 lives

U don't need 1million coins. I got 5 shiny star save file and I only have 50,000 coins.

The same happened to me too O.P, I went back and checked all the levels and I somehow missed a level which was world 3 - haunted house.

I have done every rainbow course.
Perhaps I missed a normal exit.

That's what happened to me.

well I just got my 5 stars (F YA), when you get every star coin you gotta spend all coins on toad house but you will have extra coins so the last coins left (which is nine) a toad house appears in the star world.

5 shiny stars!
I was missing 5-A's normal exit.
