Topic: MY SKINOMI PROTECTOR TOOK PAINT OFF THE INSIDE HINGE OF MY NEW MM3DS XL, NOW WHAT?!?!?! :(

So, as the title says my skinomi protector took paint off the inside hinge of my New MM3DS XL!!! I called Skinomi, and they are going to issue me a refund, but I won't be be getting any compensation from them for the system. It seems there has been a "problem" with their protectors taking paint off of "special edition" 3DS's, such as the Monster Hunter and Majora's Mask limited editions. This was put in the description on Amazon, from which I bought the protector, but not on the page of the protector that I bought, so I had no idea and it was really hard to see even on the other listing. So, I am going to sell it on Ebay and probably going to get a new MM3DS XL, but what would be a new case/protector to protect the whole system? I don't want to buy a new one, knowing that I can't get a protector for it that will protect the whole system because I want to preserve it from scratches and any sort of damage? Can any of you give a suggestion or recommendation on a new protector/case that will protect the ENTIRE (inside and outside) MM3DS XL? can't you buy a carry case to protect it? do you really need a permanent enclosure around the unit?

A carrying case works just as well unless you are just so clumsy with the system
