You guys are so lucky you got your hands on a 3DS. I would give anything to just get a taste of one. But of course NOA are being lazy bums and not telling us Americans when we can try it. sigh....Oh well, just 49 days to go until launch

I won't mention it's 47 for us if you promise not to mention that you are paying about half what we do...

You'd pay $350 for a 3DS. Nintendo needs more people like you... actually US is paying less than both Japan and Europe which is kind of unfair. Wait don't countries in the Euro pay even more than us Brits?

Soooo this is pretty much a story of events leading up to you playing the 3DS and then a mini review mixed in.

Yes, if the 3DS cost 350 dollars, I would buy it. same thing if it cost 400, 450, 500, or whatever. I ALWAYS get new Nintendo hardware no matter the cost. It's been that way since the N64. Even little things like the Gameboy Micro or the DSi XL I simply had to have no matter how pointless they were. What can I say, I'm a slave to Nintendo and the games.

Thanks man, I was hoping that was the answer I would get. I'm actually really excited about the paused gameplay, it's a highlight for me on the PSP and long reading sequences for RPG games.

I'd also like to drop in that I'M JEALOUS! Haha

I was going to go to the Bristol event next weekend, but I have convinced myself to wait. I want to experience the 3DS at home, in my own time, with a beer ..
