I have been having this problem for far too long now. I need help. Thanks in advance. My Problem: My 3ds (xl) has become the worst 3ds in existense. It can connect to the internet perfectly, but once i attempt to go online on a game, like mariokart or pokemon, it always fails. I can sometimes enter the eshop but it usually fails too. I get all sorts of different error codes that aren't even registered on nintendo's website, and i assume that these error codes are just there because they have to be there. As a last resort, i tried to reset my 3ds to factory settings, but guess what, i get an error message for that as well! What is wrong with my handheld?
If you can, maybe post the error codes and see if someone knows something here.
Otherwise, contact support directly, if you tried to reset it and it gave you an unknown error code for that as well, you may be stuck without some kind of help. The system may also have to be sent in.
