If you have a warrenty, contact Nintendo. If your like me and have a CTR-001 model, my advice to you is to find a tech-savy individual that's willing to hear you out and repair your system for you. I already had to repair my red CTR-001 myself, and even with repairs it's still dying, so I need to transfer off of it soon.
