You getting this? Sorry, I moved our conversation to the MH4U community, and wanted to see if you were still here. I should have time to play on all of those days! I really want to rank up, and start getting into the game because it really is pretty fun. I'm just so low leveled ;(

...Is it just me or do the mining spots in this game don't respawn as much compared to the 3rd generation?

To be honest, I have only ever seen them disappear

So has anyone noticed some strange orange smoke sometimes when hunting? I was playing online with a friend the other day and in 2 different lobbies and maps, we saw some orange smoke (like when throwing down a farcaster) in an area. It also didn't seem to ever go away so I'm not sure what it was.

They're like free portable Steam Bombs. It cures all status ailments if you walk over it and resets your frenzy virus ailment back to zero.

Yeah they seem to disappear more often in this game as well, anyways yesterday I was pretty busy, wasn't feeling well, and a thunderstorm was happening. xD But maybe today whenever I wake up I might record a hunt against Molten Tigrex if you want.

Later tonight I may still go online to do whatever though, still need to finish those high rank Hall quests. (also want to try and nab another Worn Gunlance)

Not gonna hunt today, but I wanna share some stuff with newcomers!

First off: the YouTube channel of gaijin hunter. He's making various videos around Monster Hunter, and provides extensive tutorial videos for every single weapon type!
Next: The Monster Hunter Wiki. A very good website for basically any kind of monster information.
Best for last: Ping's MH4U Dex! This is a very handy program! It contains extensive data about all weapons, armors, items, and monsters. Item drop rates and locations, forging materials and upgrade paths, assorted stat list - everyhing you could be looking for, this program has it all! And it's available in several languages!

facedesks constantly I want that stupid Zamtrios X armor! Stupid game and its desire sensor. lol

Kiranico is a really great site for any hunter to get some quick stats on items, monsters, quests. I just made a list of key quests because all the sites I've seen show all the quests in the game but only mark the keys to distinguish them. So I made a list that is only the key quests. I wrote it on a long lost blog I had to share with other hunters. All the info is from Kiranico, I just made a filtered list.

Ugh, this armor took forever...

Kiranico is good, but for some reason, they have conflicting info from time to time. Also, information about quest-related things like Wycoon material unlocks is still exclusive to the wiki page (and GameFAQs, I guess).

Wanna help me to G-Special? XD currently at G1, or farm gravios, i'm one pallium away from Master Sword G but the thing just won't drop XD

I should probably start finishing those HR missions too...
