No, Khezu is ugly. Gigginox is smexier, lol. Besides it fits me perfectly....I like the dark....my family calls my room my cave. And I can scale the walls-, oh wait no I can't. >_>
Currently playing: 3DS: KI: Uprising Wii: Xenoblade Chronicles "Heh, heh... Thanks... You're nice. Umm... Can I ask... a question? Your friends... What kind of... people are they? I wonder... Do these people... think of you...as a friend?"
One thing the 3DS Hell even the DS can do better than the PSP is online gaming. Seriously, how many games on the PSP could you actually play online on the PSP itself? So, though the controls might not be optimal for for Monster Hunter on the 3DS, there's no doubt about the fact that it could be done if Capcom really wanted to.
I think you should leave this alone.
For one thing... I know when it comes to nintendo people like to compare their newer consoles with some 6yrs older, but that's not a great thing to do. Sure the 3DS has better online than the PSP. Considering it was released just this year, while the PSP was about oh I don't know, in 2005? Great job making a fool of yourself. [/spoiler]
If you're talking about porting one of the PSP games over, well then that wouldn't work as those don't have an online mode, as you said. So they'd have to completely rework the game and add some weird way to get online which wouldn't work with how the MHP3 guild is designed.
Now, after all that, let's compare consoles that are more comparable shall we? The Vita is coming out this year in Japan. I can guarantee you its online will be waaaay better than whatever ninty crapped out this time. They're always horrible with online stuff. Even MHT had a primitive online service, it copied the PS2 games that even when they were released were considered to have a crappy online!
I agree only with your last statement, if Capcom decides to put MH on the 3DS they no doubt will figure it out.
Frankly, it doesn't matter when the PSP came out, whether it was 2005 or 1995, if it's still being sold today as an alternative option to consumers to the 3DS, it's still fair to compare them. Secondly, I wasn't saying they should port one of the PSP MH games to the 3DS, though I wouldn't be opposed to the idea necessarily, because i don't have nor do i plan on getting a PSP anytime soon unfortunately I was simply stating that if the PSP could handle those games, then the 3DS could too. There are plenty of options for camera control, and if that's the biggest problem you have with the game being released for the 3DS, then i suggest you rethink it. because there will be an option similar to the claw for the 3DS version if there is one which we have no proof of not similar physically, but in the fact that it will work, and some people will love it, some will hate it. Um, I think that's all I was going to say...
lol, I love how everyone's fighting about a game we don't even have any proof of the existence of >.>
pik. I'd suggest you actually go play an MH game before entering this thread again. You really have no say on how any of the controls would work as you've not used them :3
then again, none of us do. but you do the least. or something.
Edit: Who's saying 3DS carts only go up to 2GB? Anyway, that's about how much UMDs were iirc and there were over 500hrs worth of quests in MHFU so... 8GB should be more than enough for any 3DS game D:
Camera controls arguments again? BS, controls can be changed. hold L and use ABXY as a d-pad.
Capcom will do whatever they want but... I'd email that idea to them a few more times
/me will hold off on saying anything like, that''l never work cuz it'd get confusing and how would you use items/dodge while moving the camera and how would you plan on bowing or bowgunning but okay
You quoted the answer yourself

...which I think needs to happen. I always thought the MH controls were more complicated than they need to be. And honestly, why does every new game have to control exactly the same as the last one? Anyway, at least Capcom seems open to the idea, if Monster Hunter Dynamic Hunting is any indication. :3
Also, any good game designer knows that you don't make enemies tougher than the controls allow, and if a game's worth playing then enemies/controls will be properly tweaked.
oh and you can't dodge while moving the camera with dual analog controls - I never needed to do that anyway.
Ok if we're claiming monsters then stay away from Agnaktor.
