Topic: Monster Hunter 3DS

I just hope it DOES have online, because I'll be crazy disappointed if they cop out and just do some lame StreetPass sh*t. >.<

Yeah same here...cause online is awesome, but at the same time I would like to do the online questing and whatnot offline sometimes. (and the option to save event quests, lol)

No portable MH games have online actually, which is why I actually brought it up. Then again, almost no PSP games have online either.

I believe you're referring to a simple online feature of trading hunter cards? I watched a video of P3rd last year and I remember the person playing mentioning something about connecting online and sharing these cards- something like that. And portable MH games have DLC too, some shape or form.

Yes they have DLC, I meant no online multiplayer, sorry if that wasn't clear.

I dunno...maybe I'm getting it mixed up with something else...something about AD-Hoc online or something crazy like that. xD
I may look at it again...but not now. (watching Family Guy/on 3DS/eating ice cream all at once, lol)

Ad-Hoc is simply local, while Infrastructure is online.

Ad-hoc Party on PS3 gives PSP games with Ad-hoc features the ability to play online through the PS3. That, or Xlink Kai are the only way to play PSP games online that only have Ad-Hoc connectivity.

I would join you except that I can't use my brother's PS3 and I don't have MHFU. He'd probably let me play for 5 minutes. Then again, I don't need to USE the TV.. Come to think of it... Just his PS3...

Sure would be. I kinda laughed at that excuse "It was too expensive to bring MH3 to PS3". At the same time, I could understand back in 2006 where there were some 'hiccups' but surely it wouldn't be a hassle to bring MH to PS3. Even if it's MHTriG.

If they release a MH for 3DS it better have online.... Because all my MH friends are also sony fanboys (... Well it's more like they dislike having to buy their games)! I would have noone to play with

Nooo, don't make me buy more consoles to play MH on! I can't afford it. D':

^This but Monster Hunter one of the few games I would actually go out and buy a system for. Haha MH is the only reason I have a PS2 and PSP. If they come out with more MH on other systems I would most definitely go out and buy the system for it. That said though I would love to see a MHP3DS. Monstors in 3D would be epic!
