Topic: MK7 online issue

ok that is it mario kart 7 is peeing me off let me explain i go on the online mode takes about 15mins to find someone then i get an error code so i fix it no more error code and i play a few online matches and get upto 1050 divers points, but then i play again and i get disconcted on eror code so i play again and i keep on getting disconnected in the middle of a game, then i check my divers points this morning and its now 925!!!!!!! i lost pionts because i get disconnected. my internet is fine i played DorA dimesions online this morning to check if it was the 3DS its self it worked fine my internet has 3 bars and i want to play online without getting disconnected plz some one help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

the online mode is alittle unstable atm .... give it afew days 2 settle down .... ps, i will add u if ya want?

thanks i had a feeling it could be a over use of the sever i will add you too hopefully i can get my score back up i dont like the idea of losing pionts cos you got disconected

Check support.nintendo.com over the next few days. Sometimes a new game will have weird issues and they will make a post about it (i.e. when Brawl was released). Also, try playing it on a different internet connection.

At least it just came out, so you should still have plenty single-player stuff to do while waiting for it to work out. I hope it clears up for you soon.

i have to say mario kart 7 online for me is fine, never been disconnected or seen an error code once, finding other players when you first connect can take some time though, but overall awesome online. In fact it runs better for me than any other 3ds game online!

it was abit dodgy on friday (launch day) but its been fine (4 me) since.

Actually about that...apparently Shoppers Drug Mart broke the street date. I live in Canada but I have 2 copies of the game today (Saturday).

That's not something you want to say on the internet.

I'm having the same instability problems online. I've only been able to complete races with one of my friends, every time I try Worldwide or one of the other communities, I get disconnected without finishing a single bloody race.

Hopefully Nintendo will improve/fix the servers, or MK7 is just going to be a really big disappointment online.

well aleast its not just me maybe it might get fixed in the update does your divers pionts go down by 20 everytime you get disconnected cos mine does

Yeah, that happens. I'm staying away from Worldwide until the online play improves.
