It's not confirmed, but they are saying it's supposed to be out by the end of the year. I can't wait!
Miiverse 3DS has been confirmed since 2012. They just never said when it would come out.
That's what I mean. That's why I said it's supposed to be out by years end, but we just don't have a date, or if it's coming this year for 100%. I'm excited to see how it works. I wish we could visit miiverse.nintendo.net on 3DS, but even that is blocked.
Is it a free software/ or app or you have to buy it?

Well I hope it's true, I just hope that it isn't a super watered-down version of the Wii U Miiverse since most mobile apps are just terrible compared to their computer counterpart. Facebook mobile app is pretty good compared to its counterpart on the computer so if the 3DS version can have that level of quality (or even better) I'll be happy.

Well, I know it's a long shot, but perhaps the Nintendo Network logo on the box art for the Legend of Zelda Link Between Worlds hints at a coming Miiverse integration on 3DS? After all, Zelda games don't usually have multiplayer, and all Miiverse games have the Nintendo Network logo on... so perhaps it's been included to mark its compatibility with the 3DS' version of the service?
