Not very long ago I got the idea of how nice it would be to have your Mii on the DS when I saw the Personal Walker Trainer on the Nintendo DS.
However, the Nintendo 3DS will or might have the ability to receive Mii’s from the Wii according to the news that’s been floating around on IGN.com.
Here is a quote about that: “IGN AU: When the Wii was launched, the idea of Miis and avatars was very new, and we're already seeing Mii games on the 3DS, is there going to be a way to transition your Mii from the Wii to the 3DS, and is it important to have that a persistent Mii identity across both systems?
Shigeru Miyamoto: We need to keep in mind how we evolve the Miis and how we think about compatibility with Miis between different systems, but that's something that we're definitely giving consideration to and want to continue to try to allow people to use their Miis on different Nintendo systems going forward.”
In Pilotwings Resort, isn't there a screenshot of a Mii-like character flying around with a jetpack? Ironically, the place somewhat looks like that island within Wii Fit, and the name 'Resort' could have been derived from "Wii Sports Resort". So, I'm guessing that there's a HUGE and definitive chance for Miis to be on 3DS- according to Shigeru Miyamoto and that Pilotwings Resort game.
It'd be great if there were more options for Mii creation on the 3DS, such as additional hairstyles and facial features, sliders for hair colour (since some people colour their hair in real life and would prefer their Miis to be really accurate), more choice of favourite colour for those that have a specific preference of shade or hue, and maybe the opportunity to dress-up your Mii with whatever outfit or item of clothing you desire...perhaps even offering outfits themed around famous and popular Nintendo characters! Imagine it, a new feature called Mii Cosplay!

There is a hidden button in the Mii Channel to transfer your Mii to DS. I forgot how to unlock it but that's how you get it onto Personal Trainer: Walking. We'll probably be able to use this feature to transfer our Mii to the 3DS. After all, it would be awesome to have my Mii consistent from my Wii to my 3DS.
I'm pretty okay.

I would love to see more Mii support on the 3DS. I hope there's more customization for what you put on your Mii, like Microsoft's Avatars. I want there to be hairdye (for colors other than the normal browns, blacks, and blondes), a mowhawk (for an authentic Mr. T Mii), and more clothes. I just don't want to pay for them, though.
I am indifferent. I'll probably transfer it, but it's not like there are going to be a lot of games for 3DS that I'll need a Mii for and I'll want to get.
I just have a few questions about it. Will they change the name because it's going on the 3DS as they did with wii points. Will there be a check mii out channel on it. Can this be the reason wii no ma is not anywhere besides japan (If so Nintendo can always put an upgrade for wii no main Japan so it can work with the 3DS. Also for some reason there are no pay and play games on DSi will there be pay and play on the 3DS.
I never said it was a secret. I said it was hidden from the Mii Channel so that the only way to unlock the button is to hold down a button combination on the Wiimote, after which the button reviles itself.
I'm pretty okay.

In case anyone cares .... To get the Mii exporter on the Wii, go into the Mii Channel. Point the Wii remote away from the screen and press the A Button, B Button, 1 Button and then press and hold the 2 Button. You will be asked if you'd like to start DS Wireless Communications.
