Indeed, much love for the PS2 game, and now you can play it anywhere!

Nintendo is on top form!

This is most defindently interesting. Here's to hoping that it is every single bit as awesome as it was on the PS2 (Never played it, but heard it was great).

Never in a million years did i ever expected this to be announced let alone for the 3DS. (most likely my biggest shock) of the conference.

Why so many remakes?

Easy way to quickly make a LOT of games for a new system

Where as they might only be able to make a couple new IPs built specifically for the 3DS, they can make several remakes fairly shortly so that the system has a strong line up at launch.

So yeah.. they're technically old games, but at least they're not as bad as Nintendo using them on the Wii to get away with several months without anything new.

I think this is great news. Now if only they could make Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker on the 3DS too. That would be sweet!

Wait a sec...if it's a remake of MGS3, then wouldn't it have to be on a 3-4 GB game card? A normal 3DS game card is supposed to have only 2 GBs of memory! Am I missing something here?

Where was that 2 GB thing confirmed? I've seen what the cartridge looks like, but yet to hear any details on it...?

It's really too bad that Snake himself won't be able to see the 3D.

Twitter is a good place to throw your nonsense.

Is that really a spoiler? Wouldn't it just be because he wears an eye patch?

The automatic tag mode works with multiple games even when not playing and can download quests so saves are likely on the internal memory which makes it possible for the game to be on two cartridges. Either that or compression magic.
