Topic: Mario Kart and Pilotwings 3DS to use Wii Sports Resort's Island?

I was just looking around NintendoLife and I saw these screens:

Soooo.......... That looks alot like the Wii Sports Resort island, with the volcano, the bridge, the other smaller island, the Mii support and especially the Wii blimp. Maybe that will be one of the playable courses available in Mario Kart 3DS! If so, than that would be a must buy for me. What do you think?

I'm so excited about everything Nintendo 3DS related. I'm also very happy to see Wuhu Island in Mario Kart 3DS. This could also be a sign that Mario Kart 3DS will be a launch title along with Kid Icarus: Uprising as one can assume that Kid Icarus will be the flagship title for the launch of the Nintendo 3DS due to the way in which it was presented at the E3 this year.

It would be kind of cool if Wuhu Island had a few tracks in Mario Kart 3DS. Maybe this is also a sign of greater Mii interactivity in 3DS games.

I personally like the idea of seeing Crossover Race tracks in Mario Kart i mean this could be a sign that Nintendo might turn Mario Kart into a crossover Kart racing in a way like Super Smash Bros.

Truth be told, I think that PilotWings Resort might be what I purchase instead of Mario Kart 3DS.

Actually i was referring to the stages not character so for example i would like to see maybe a race track in Hyrule fields with only Mario (universe) characters.

Wow, I did not realize Wuhu Island on Mario Kart 3DS, but I did notice it within Pilotwings Resort. Nice

Oh, and Wuhu Island made an appearance in Wii Fit (Plus). So, that's pretty much the second time it has been used.
