I would love it if Mario Golf was brought to 3DSware, either as a re-release of the original GBA version or as a new game entirely. I doubt they'll do a new one so fingers crossed for the original from the GBA. For now I'll make do with Lets Golf 3DS which is very good. Not quite as good as Everybodys Golf (Hot Shots Golf) which I loved, but it's still good.
Nintendo said that the 3DS would be great for putting. Actually not the system itself, but you get my point. So i see good chances for a Nintendo Golf game on the 3DS. I too hope it will be Mario Golf and a completely new title with the RPG elements of its predecessors.
Seeing as how good good the graphics were on the GameCube eye candy that 'Toadstool Tour' was they should do a direct sequel for the 3DS all while maintaining the RPG elements of 'Mario Golf Advance Tour'.
I really liked mario power tennis for the gamecube. that was one of my favorite games
