Topic: Mario 64 DS

Think I should get it for my 3DS XL and is it still worth playing?
And would it look stretched and ugly when played in full screen mode?

I stinking LOVED that game. I got it the day it was released.

I think it's still worth It, and I have played DS games on my 3DS XL and it's not HORRIBLE. but it's still worth a shot.

You can probably find it in the bargin bin, so yes.
As for resolution. Every person who reviewed the 3DS XL, that I read said that DS games look great.

I just bought it off ozgameshop for AU$30. I received it yesterday. It looks fine on the XL. I prefer using the circle pad but it isn't 360 degree movement. It's basically the same as using the dpad but I still prefer it to the alternative. I actually think this game is better than the 64 version. I love playing as Yoshi:)

Still after all these years the game is still one of the best games on the DS.

Get it for you 3DS XL,anf you can enjoy a much easier,and enjoyable control system.

It's now actually fun when you play it on a 3DS, but the N64/VC versions are still a million times better.

With the 3DS Circle Pad it's miles bether than the original. Buy it!

I'm sure it would control better with the 3DS circle pad but I haven't tried it out yet. Even so, I never found the controls that much of a problem. I think its much better than the original and I think its the 2nd best game on DS, second to TWEWY.
