Oh Mario kart is good also. Just one thing I don't understand is going up against people and they are gone at the start line never to be seen again. How are they doing that?

wish list: Dragon Quest VII, Dragon Quest VIII, Dragon Quest X (3DS or Wii-U) Project Racing, Phantasy Star Zero 3ds, Phantasy Star Online 3d, More Train Driving Sims
Dream Title- NHL Hockey with online Play

I'm not really sure, as I spend most of my time in Battle Mode (when playing MK7 online), but maybe they're exploiting a glitch, hacking, or leaving the server (are they still listed as one of the players after the race is done?).

Good job with the update, this thread need to be stickied...
I agree that its quite unfortunate not to have more games with on-line play but from what I understand from reading afew indie studio interviews, providing online gaming requires quite a large effort of programming and time...
Most small studio's will have spent alot just to put even a single player experience out there, kudos to Renegade and SquareEnix London for trying ATV/HOR, im guessing bigger studios dont want to risk a flop or simply have tighter schedules... knowing the product will likely sell the same numbers with or without online play. hmmmm no idea about server running costs...

Do any of the DS multiplayers work on the 3DS? For example I can't get Age of Empires: Age of Kings to work in multiplayer on the 3DS?

Is that because none of them do? It's almost impossible to find any documentation online about this after having spent a couple of hours looking.

You have to have wifi compatible with the DS games. Most DS games require shamefully low security networks.

My SD Card with the game on it is just as physical as your cartridge with the game on it.
I love Nintendo, that's why I criticize them so harshly.

Out of all these which actually have a well flashed out multiplayer. (Mario Tennis Open is not very well done it is laggy there is not many options and the way to get the most points is win your serve and disconnect if you are playing anybody rated better than you).

What I would want is no lag ever. (i.e running the game on the server don't mind if the other player jerks a bit but my game should be smooth. Tournaments / Cups / Doubles. Rubbish the way it is there is no way to have a long game.)

Even set to no security I can't get Age of Empires/Age of Kings to work in multiplayer mode on two 3DS's.

Steel Diver: Sub Wars added to the list (really need to comb through the eShop to see if there's any other games I've missed since I last updated).
