I'm glad I have something to look forward to in 2014 in terms of 3DS. I'm pretty sure Nintendo will be focusing on the Wii U that year. Here's what I plan to get for my 3DS in 2014:

1. Kirby Triple Deluxe (of course!)
2. Super Smash Bros. 3DS (I also plan to get the Wii U version.)
3. Yoshi's New Island
4. Mario Party Island Tour (maybe; I know this is coming out in a week but I'm probably not going to get it this year.)
5. Sonic Lost World 3DS (maybe)
6. Adventure Time: Explore the Dungeon (if nothing else good is out)

And I'll also get games that haven't been announced for 2014 yet but will be. Also, Mario Golf World Tour isn't on the list because I don't really want it that much.

you have a good taste for games! your 2014 list is almost the same as mine!(except for games released this year and I'm not too fond of adventure time )

goodbyes are a sad part of life but for every end there's a new beggining so one must never stop looking forward to the next dawn

Cool! I'm very excited for Kirby Triple Deluxe! It's been like 2 years since an actually new Kirby game was released!

Here's the background from the Japanese website that's also going to be the box art. Serious Kirby strikes back, only this time Japan will get him too!

That art is wonderful. Oh yeah, I wonder who that figure is at the top-left corner of the image?

it kinda makes me think maybe this was already under development for a really long while before the announcement to release so fast, most Nintendo games are first announced almost half year before release. if that's the case Nintendo should do it more. I mean it would be great to not have an announcement until the game is almost ready for release this way there are no delays(at least no delays known by the public) and far less pressure to the designers!

I think the North American and Europe release will have a different box art. I mean look here

Back then NOA thought it would be too kiddish so they made him serious. But now they might make him happy because of it targeting for casual audience and controversial content.

@WingedSnagret: Yes, because it looks like this is a game focused on showcasing 3D. Even with the 2DS around, Nintendo is definitely not abandoning 3D.

I haven't been this hyped for a game since GTA 5 (Okay, that wasn't very long ago, I'll admit....but...still!).

What's up with the Kirby Mass Attack being run in widescreen on 3DS?

Bell Kirby looks cool, too, as does Beetle Kirby!
I'm so excited!

I've never really been massively into the Kirby series, but I'm willing to give this a shot, cos well, it looks adorable. Plus my 3DS will need something to do next year.
