Topic: Kingdom Hearts For 3DS Confirmed to Be a New Game

After seeing the screens, I thought it would be a remake of KH1, and it seems quite a few others did as well. But the director of the series, Tetsuya Nomura, has confirmed that it will be a new game so that question is now resolved

I knew it was not a remake, especially with Nobodies as enemies and Riku being playable. Although, I wonder where this game does take place since Sora and Riku are in their KH1 attire? Loved the graphics and premise though, it seems both Sora and Riku are playable. The graphics are about as advanced as KH1's graphics, which shows how advanced the 3DS is. I can't wait to get my hands on this game. Now I have THREE Kingdom Hearts games to buy.

hmmm. I know like, nothing about Kingdom Hearts, but maybe it could be the third instalment, and it has some flashback parts or involves time travel.

As long as we get new worlds then I'm ok.

Kingdom Hearts COM was a bit weird for my tastes. How was 358/2 Days, BTW?

Funny you mention COM, I've been trying hard to find a copy the GBA version lately which doesn't cost a ridiculous amount of money for a used game (Average I've seen is about £20-£25 Used) as they didn't release Re:COM over in Europe

This is one of those rare moments imo where importing is cheaper.

I have no idea where this game will fit in, I mean it shows KH1 Sora, so it must be before KH2 maybe, it takes place on the way to Castle Oblivion? But Riku's there so I have no idea.

let me guess, another side game that isn't Kingdom Hearts or Kingdom Hearts 2 that I, and everyone else, actually wants on a Nintendo system. I'm still annoyed at Kingdom Hearts GBA: THE HEART OF THE CARDS

Kingdom Hearts can be a bit strange and unusual at times, it also has some Masonic tones in it at times as well. Still, the Kingdom Hearts 3DS game looks impressive, especially the sky raining Sora's. Time travel is a nice idea Xkhaoz!
